    These are the closing words to the "Irresponsible Captain Tylor" Japanese animation series. Supposedly it's a play on a Japanese proverb, having to do with the facts that a) crazy people are the best suited to exploring, and b) if the irresponsible are out exploring, they're not bugging the people back home. These words are now the dedication plaque to the USS Pathfinder (Orion-class heavy scout, imagine a four nacelled Nova with a bow that comes to a point)
