    Talking Trek Stars/Planets/Sectors/Info! Please assist!

Okay got my 'All sectors map' up on the computer. Its just the barebones sector grid at the moment with all the sector references I could remember.

Now the trick is to fill it with canon info and anything else thats worthy.

So if you don't mind lending a hand, then post away any info regarding Trek maps/locations in general.

And i'll send ya a copy!

    (when finished of course )

I'd like to help, but mine is a holistic approach. No access to hard canon data. Unless you want Bwuutut Sector, Achad, and the Perseus Federation... Hey, even the Aba and Zwickau empires if you want the Gamma Quadrant...

Well I'd prefer info in this order!

    1. Canon
    2. Extrapolated Canon (common sense)
    3. Lug Info
    4. Others (FASA if it doesn't conflict to much)
    5. And then anything else worthwhile

This large map is a rather 'tight' view of about 1500ly in all directions (2D) from Earth.

And by the 'tight'; I can only add 1-2 locations to a sector due to scaling. Other maps will cover the closer stuff.

    What an update already?

    Yep!

I've plugged in quite a few more 'known' trek stars and their corresponding sectors.

No crappy squiggle lines this time

Now if only people gave me some info; then it would be perfect!

In ST VIII The Enterprise patrols the Neutral Zone and we can see a Nebula in the background. This is the Laguna-Nebula and it seems to be located in the middle of the Neutral Zone. Its only an estimated position, I got from a map published by the National Geographic, where one could see this nebula and earth.

Okay is this a 'real' nebula?

And is it actually spelt Laguna or is it a corruption of the 'Lagoon Nebula' (which is real)?

Feedback please people! I need to know if I'm doing a good job!
