Wink "hidden" Spacedock & SRMv1 messages

Okay, now... maybe this has been caught before, but I just registered on the forums yesterday and downloaded Spacedock, DWS and SRMs 1-4 today, so gimme a break, but...

...who's responsible for the sneaky little messages in the odd-numbered page margins of Spacedock and SRMv1?

Someone out there has a thing or two for Tears for Fears, James Bond (and MI6) and the 2000 Saints, and either someone named Cami or the states of California and Michigan.

It's not fair, guys; I sprained a muscle in my side a few days ago and really shouldn't be laughing this hard.

That would be me. Spacedock doesn't have too many in them. SRMv1 has a lot. Something like 15 or so.

I'm surprised you found those four!

    Talking

Yeah, I think a friend and I have found most if not all of them by now, but I won't spoil all the fun for anyone still looking.

'Thanks' to Sea Tyger for the "R. Isaacs" one; we knew something was going on there, but hadn't quite worked it out yet. I'll also add "Shame on you!", though; you'll never stop the Tal'Shiar if you don't keep your eyes better-peeled!

...though I guess I have an unfair advantage: I am a graphic designer, after all; I'm supposed to notice what's going on in the margins...

Hey, I noticed some of these ones some time ago...
Somehow, after seeing "Tears 4 fear" in Spacedock's margins, I wasn't surprised to see them in Don's interests on his member's profile page

Don held a contest for people to try and find all the eggs in Spacedock. Who won?

If we read it backwards do we hear strange satanic messages?
"War is an ugly thing but not the ugliest of things; the decayed and degraded state of moral and patriotic feelings which thinks that nothing is worth war is much worse. A man who has nothing for which he is willing to fight, nothing which is more important than his own personal safety, is a miserable creature and has no chance of being free unless made and kept so by the exertions of better men than himself."

Didn't have many entries in that contest, plus we were moving servers at the time and a lot of entries were lost. So, it was the contest that never happened.

"311100" -- I think the date I actually created the layout spreads
    "M" -- James Bond reference
    "Q" -- James Bond reference

    B spread:
    "Cami" -- My wife
    "042" -- Level 42, the band
    "MI6" -- James Bond reference
"Saints in 2000" -- Football reference
"007 and other numbers" -- James Bond reference and some phone numbers
"74206" -- Hull number for PC Trek game's vessel
"74656" -- Hull number for PC Trek game's vessel
    "NX 01A" -- U.S.S. Dauntless VOY reference
"RISAACS" -- Ross Isaacs, former Trek developer

    C spread:
"SSLONG" -- Steve Long, Trek writer
"EROOMSIRHC" -- Chris (Christian) Moore backwards, former owner of LUG
    "ALLORYN" -- My daughter
"032501" -- Her expected due date at the time

Ta da! All is revealed. Wish I had time to do more layouts.

I hate to be a pedant, but there are only 30 days in November.

Then possibly that was the joke.
