    Finding ships using Sensors???

What is the base TN for using sensors to find a ship (Not cloaked)?

I was reading the “Running Silent” section on page 103 in the Narrators’ Guide. Anyway, it states that the TN is increased by 15 AND it implies an opposed test.

Help (With page numbers) in this area would be appreciated.

Well, pg. 110 of the NG lists a TN10 System Operation (Sensors) test to detect another ship at extreme combat range. I would suggest having it be a base TN of 5 and add the range modifiers from Ranged Comat. Of course the range bands would have to be determined by the Narrator as things currently stand, although there's a thread around her somewhere (I believe in the Coda UP section) that goes into more detail about Sensors Ranges.
