    Plusses to Untrained

    Question for you all?

It has come up more often than not, if you use a skill untrained and have an Edge that gives a plus to the type (Physical, Academic or Social) does that add to the final skill total?

I decided that yes it would add but cannot find anything in the rules to support me. One of my players wants to start a mini campaign off of mine and I am trying to help him understand the rules and we differ on this point.

    Any help?

Yes, it does, only because there is no language that says they can't. If there's something that can't be done, then the rules say so. Same goes with "stacking" bonuses, for example.
