The year is 2300. The Khitomer Accords have been signed, and a fragile peace is developing between the Federation and the Klingon Empire. The Enterprise-B is in service. Betazed is a new member of the Federation. And the Romulan Star Empire does not like the way the future looks for them. In a few years, the Romulans will withdraw and seal their borders, but not before launching an attempt to undermine the Khitomer Accords. It is imperative that the balance of power in the quadrant does not shift against the Romulans, so they have assigned the Tal'Shiar to drive a wedge between the Klingons and the Federation, knowing the Romulan Empire could not prevail in a war against both. This is the climate our players find themselves in... instead of peace, they are about to be drawn into a cold war against the Romulans.
I need Engineering and Medical department heads ASAP, and I'll accept applications for junior crewmembers, in case I get too many players. Worst case, I'll spin off a second ship to give everyone equal time in the spotlight.
