    Question Damage Track

When the weapons get hit, they get 1 box of damage. And they get a penalty. But does the penetration drops also, because the reliability drops and having a lower reliability means lesser penetration?

In a word, no. Reliability does not determine penetration, offensive value does. The same thing determines Reliability, too, actually, but combining both weapons systems total offensive value.

In short, when damaged in combat, unless told otherwise by the damage tracks, you do not lose penetration.
