Okay, I don't know about you but I am not keen on spending $100 for the Limited Edition Coda, mostly because I can not afford it. I do want the Enterprise book though. Will Decipher make that available. If not I think that they should reconsider it.
So my question is: Will the Enterprise book, included in the LE, be availble seperately?

Didn't you ask this question once in the CODA S&M forum? No matter...results are essentially the same.
They're not ignoring you, Matt. All the people who could conceivably answer that question are in Milwaukee right now, at GenCon, and their available online time is, at best, limited. For the most part, it's non-existent. Have some patience.
