OK, so before I went out to supper I was sitting at home watchint the news. It was either MSNBC, Foxnews or CNN (honestly don't remember). I vaguely recalled something along the lines of individuals painting on the ceiling or walls (honest to goodness art, a mural or some such) using bungee cords (I believe).

I went looking for a link but can't for the life of me remember enough of the story now to help me find it on the web!
