    Quick Klingon query

Is there a Klingon word for "worthless rock", or maybe "useless chunk of space debris"? Something along those lines? I need to name a planet in the former Neutral Zone where they've established a scientific outpost since there's nothing useful there to exploit.

    Thanks!!

How about yuQHom mIpqoq (::sarcasm oozing:: "lesser planet of wealth.")? That's the only one I could piece together after a quick browse of several Klingon dictionaries online.

Looking in The Klingon Dictionary, rock is nagh and worthless/be worthless is lo'laHbe'. "Worthless rock" is therefore nagh lo'laHbe'.

Garbage is veQ, and space is logh. "Worthless space garbage" (there's no word for junk given) would be loghveQ lo'laHbe'.

"Planetoid of lesser wealth" (yuQHom is planetoid, not planet, and the diminutive qoq modifies the verb mIp "be rich") doesn't sound either really sarcastic or particularly Klingon. Klingon sarcasm would be to call a worthless rock "very valuable" - Klingons aren't subtle. This would be yuQ lo'laHqu' (very valuable planet) or yuQ mIpqu' (very rich planet).

    Hope this helps.
