Take the wings and command of a Galor and then attach the side fins from a Keldon directly to the aft of the wing. Almost looks like it has two wings.
Background:
During the period of heighten tensions between the Federation and the Cardassian Union, the Cardassian Union was looking for a way to allow for larger offensive strike groups to be assembled, with out compromising system security. The Torger-class Corvette is one of the largest light escorts used by the Cardassian Union and has the primary advantage of not needing the more complex warp core that faster ships need, allowing the ship to be build at less sophisticated shipyards.
Doctrine Use:
Strategic:
Used to defend Cardassian Systems, because of limited mobility, not employed in offensive actions. Typically employed in packs to effectively concentrate firepower.
Tactical:
At long range uses torpedo spreads to down shields, then uses disruptors at close range to destroy ships.
Notes:
This is my first attempt at building a ship using the new CODA system, I found it enjoyable and much easier to get the feel of a ship that I wanted than when I have played around with Spacedock.
