    Cool [CODA] Brilliant Class Light Escort

    The Brilliant Class Escort, USS Thomas Paine-C. I designed the exterior hull in Campaign Cartographer 2 and Photoshop. The CODA stats for her are by CmdrBlueJeans.

    She's off the same drafting table as the Steamrunner, but she's smaller, tighter, and packs a punch.
