    Notes:
Enhanced System (Medical Systems) grants a +2 bonus to a maximum of +4 to all Medicine skill rolls.
Enhanced System (Sensors) On Olympic class vessels, this edge grants +4 bonus, which only applies to scanning for lifeforms.
Peaceful: These ships are well known for been peaceful and rendering humanitarian aid throughout Alpha and Beta Quadrants. Due to this well-known fact, enemy crews are very reluctant to fire on them. On the first two rounds of combat, the enemy vessel receives a +2 initiative penalty.

750 crew? I would think a little less.

Although is it a standard ship with a large medical contingent? Or is it a purpose built/crew medical ship. With a Doctor as a captain like the Pasteur from AGT (tng)?

Type VI Phasers may be slightly over armed. I would think type 4 or 5 would be ample.

Good call on the +2 initiative but it won't work for everyone
