To ensure the most interesting campaign and the most enjoyable role playing experience for everyone please fill in the following questionary and return it to the Narrator at your earliest convenience.


* On the scale of 5 (being the best) to 1 (being the worst) please rate the first Season of Star Trek: A Line in the Stars "Dark Future"
