It should also be noted that this was designed with my patented 3-card draw from the Decipher CCG.

    In this case;

Empathic Echo - Eventually interpreted as a 'time capsule' message to the future, rather than the Psi Power initially conceived.

Temporal Investigations - The original reason for the Time Travel nature of the episode, and likely the reason Styro had them come to the rescue...

And; SubSpace Transporters - The cause of the Temporal accident, not Standard Federation transporters, thus the card is interpreted as a potentially new design transporter system, always a good fall back point for Temporal Accidents!!!

    LOL!

Are you sure it was you and not the characters who was dropping too much acid last night?

BTW: Why not throw in THAT DAMN FISH too? Maybe it had a thing for 60's music or LSD helps it travel through deeper layers of subspace (not dissimilar to the effect on humans...)!

What year was it that Faster Than Light particle accelleration was being experimented with, at least by LUG standards if not Trek?

Great adventure! It combines elements so well it frightens me. I could say this adventure is even better than some time-travel episodes from the broadcasted Star Trek series.

And I LOVE the Akira connection.

Cool! Is that like the artificial universe from Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, except the giant pleco is grey in the real universe not green, and Styro is the most important thing in it?

Yeah, be sure and submit these to the TrekRPG Tactical archives, it's a goodie.

Maybe that universe they originally came from was the one with Voyager in it that Berman's willing to dump.

    The 3 card draw?

Basically, I have collected the CCG for the hell of it... Would you believe that I have never played...

Anyway, I keep a deck of the more interesting cards in a pile, and anytime i need a subplot, or even a plot in the case of some conversations wuith Styro...

I just pick 3 cards and interpret them...

It may not be the exact meaning of the cards, but each opf the cards should be covered in the plot somehow...

It seems to work better in conjunction with a second person, enabling a broader interpretation of the cards...

Lets face it, you have an episode location (from the picture), a card lore and game effect... It would be difficult (but not impossible) to see alternatives beyond what is in front of you!

Get ICQ and chat in realtime... I would be happy to provide ideas in this way...
