Whoo-hoo! Just got the TTT soundtrack!

I got an email ad a couple weeks ago for the internet-exclusive TTT soundtrack, and ordered it. It just arrived via UPS.

Sweetness. It's going to be a long 12 days.

I've downloaded the tracks and listened thru them all... several times.

Favorite... "Gollum's Song". I understand that this plays over the end titles, just after a very important scene with G. Dark, brooding, sneaky, and beautiful.

Also love the Rider of Rohan theme... great heroic music here!

Also "King of the Golden Hall"... I wonder if this is when Theoden throws Wormtongue out!

I love the Rohan music as well. Feels sort of Celtic-y to me. Very nice. I really like how Howard Shore is giving the different cultures different music cues--Middle Eastern feel for Galadriel and co., Celtic for Rohan, etc. Sweet.

And I love the choir in the Moria themes. Fantastic.
