I need with the Coda system.

I don't own a Player Guide or a Narrator Guide yet, and don't even have enough money to get them. I need some help learning the rules, because I'm trying to start a game, but have no idea what so ever of how the coda system wants me to run it, how convert LUG characters to Coda, what everything means on the character sheets (note: Me and my friend currently play LUG, but want to go into Coda.), actually creating characters using the Coda system, creating starships, basically all the basics. Can anyone help me on this, or should I wait until I do have enough money to get the rule books? Please reply. Either email me at Darkvast666@attbi.com, or post a reply here. Personally trying to run a game you don't own seems kinda stupid to me. That's my opinion though, and I agree TPTB would probably get pretty upset about someone sending out the rules for free

You should wait until you get the books. What's wrong with sticking with ICON until you do? The answer seems pretty obvious to me.
