Characters from TV Episodes

I've been toying around with the idea of bringing in some NPCs that have had minor roles in ST:TNG, DS9, or Voyager. Especially Valerie Archer. I know she's only appeared in the Species 8472 Simulation, but I really liked her. So, has anybody else done this? With any others that might have had a small part on one of the shows? And what did you do for stats for the characters?

Okay, this is off the top of my pointed head,but you could end up winging it a little.If the npc is not going to be super important to the plot line,I'd give only average stats in most applicable areas. In other words,sometimes you gotta the stats a bit.
