I hit the hyperlink for one of the decisions last night but the decision is still pending. Is there something that I also have to do?
It was the voting issue. My decision was that if you're too lazy to get off your butt and vote, your opinion is not worth hearing.

Check your settings. I have mine set for two issues a day, and they always take over night and the two issues are spread out of the course of the day.
I just to figure out how to make my economy take off.
