What's the title of the song data performs on the wedding? And has anybody an idea where to get?
I wonder why they did not put it on the soundtrack.

Da foam man's right
"War is an ugly thing but not the ugliest of things; the decayed and degraded state of moral and patriotic feelings which thinks that nothing is worth war is much worse. A man who has nothing for which he is willing to fight, nothing which is more important than his own personal safety, is a miserable creature and has no chance of being free unless made and kept so by the exertions of better men than himself."

I was blue, just as blue as I could be
Ev'ry day was a cloudy day for me
Then good luck came a-knocking at my door
Skies were gray but they're not gray anymore
Blue skies
Smiling at me
Nothing but blue skies
Do I see
Bluebirds
Singing a song
Nothing but bluebirds
All day long
Never saw the sun shining so bright
Never saw things going so right
Noticing the days hurrying by
When you're in love, my how they fly
Blue days
All of them gone
Nothing but blue skies
From now on
I should care if the wind blows east or west
I should fret if the worst looks like the best
I should mind if they say it can't be true
I should smile, that's exactly what I do
thanks again

Didn't Willy Nelson do a version of the song in the '70. I swear i remember my father playing that song growing up. . .and I would swear it was W.N. singing it.

Yes, there was a Willie Nelson cover of "Blue Skies." If you can still dig up a copy, you can help pay his back taxes.Originally posted by redwood973

It is by caffeine alone I set my mind in motion. It is by the juice of java that thoughts acquire speed, the hands acquire shaking, the shaking becomes a warning. It is by caffeine alone I set my mind in motion.

And didn't Worf put his head down and mutter "Irving Berlin"...first hint right there

Does your sig area really need to be bigger then your post?
Oh, I thought the title of the thread was a misprint and it meant to say "Data's Soong"
Worf sure didn't seem pleased to hear an Irving Berlin tune. I wonder if Berlin was one of Dax's favorite composers. Her favorite song at Vic's was "All the Way", right? Anybody know who wrote that?
