    Logout Problems

Well I guess its not really a problem but sometimes when I log off TrkeRPGNet I dont log off. Next time I come back I find that I am already logged in.

I mark all forums viewed hit the log out then exit the window but 50% of the time I find I am still logged in when I next come back.

Anyone else got this problem? I guess it is not really hurting anything. . .right?

Well without knowing the full story I'd say you've got your cookies enabled and re login-ing you when you go back to the boards.

    Just a theory though

Well, it's a problem if other people use your computer and you don't want them posting under your alias.

Well if you were that worried about it. Then you rig seperate logins/users for your OS (depends on version of Windows for best effect).

Or you could just turn your cookies off or delete all your cookies after each internet session.

I know its not a cookie issue. . .I clear those each time I log off. A friend told me that will help keep my memory free and run the computer faster.

It seems the only way I am 100% sure I have exited out is if I also clear the files when I clear the cookies. If I don't do that it is a 50 - 50 deal as to if I cleared out or not.

Oh well. . .I was just curiuos about it. No big deal I guess.
