Bzzt! Sorry to interrupt some good old Decipher-bashing with facts but you can, in fact, order both the Trek and LotR Narrator Screens from the Decipher store.

Ah, I see that that's TRUE... now... wasn't last time I'd checked.
    Good work, Decipher people!

Now if there was only a place to pre-order the new stuff... I'm not above giving them my money early to reserve a copy...

Actually, I thought I was Amazon.com bashing. But thanks for the reminder, I'd forgotten about the Decipher store.

I know the feeling First. My local store is worthless, Gamer's Attic won't come up for me, Amazon doesn't seem to know it's out, and Decipher can't even sell its own products off its own website.

Sounds cool, but I'll probably never see it.

Eventually you'll run out of things to gripe about, right?

The NS for both LOTR and Trek have been listed as available for sale on Decipher's site all day. I think the announcement went up on Wednesday actually.

Please check your facts before posting erroneous information.

Just stopped looking. Got a problem with my 'griping'? Put me on your kill list.

How much would Decipher charge for shipping orders to Europe and how slow (fast) would it be? Air mail, surface mail?

Ok. I should have looked *first* and then wrote that. Sorry.

    Shipping and Handling

US standard shipping is generally USPS ground, and typically takes 5 - 7 days. US expedited shipping is generally airmail, and typically takes 2 - 4 days. International standard shipping is generally DHL (air), and typically takes 2 - 7 days.

And international charges are at lowest $15.50 if you don't order much. Basically I'd estimate that I would have to pay $18 to $25 when ordering anything from Decipher Store. And then there is this possibility of taxes..

Thanks but no thanks. I wait for the goodies to arrive on stores much nearer to me. =)

Oh, drat! Please make a mass market paperback version, so I can buy it!

@#%@*&#@! That's one damn good book. We'll see if I can place my hands on it... (prays from the Argentinian currency to recover some value soon)

A burning question. Are the "Starfleet Personnel Forms" black on white, or black-backgrounded like the PG character sheet? Please, please, let it be the former.

I think it's been mentioned in the forums that the sheet is on a white background.Maybe there will even be enough spaces to enter skill specialties without writing them on the back(the character sheets in the PG are my only real complaint about the game so far).More importatantly:WHEN WILL IT GO TO THE DISTRIBUTORS ?I WANT MY OPS MANUAL NOW!My LGS has my preorder and I'm eagerly awaiting their call.

Well, I'll probably run out today and request my FLGS to order me one, and hopefully it will arrive in a couple weeks.

So Jesse, anything in there that would be of use for my Starfleet Academy game? Just to make the wait a little more unbearable?

I suppose your academy cadets could come from some of the new species. Or use the new martial arts maneuver systems.

Honestly, people, I can only post so much here. Beyond that you're gonna have to buy the book! *wink*

Actually, they have a white background with black text and blue graphics.
