This is an interesting little bit of software I've been useing for about two months. It's called crazy browser. In short, it's a plug in for IE that takes over the functions of IE, allows for tabbed browsing, and has a pop up killer build right into it. I've never had to fiddled with the default settings and I've not seen one pop up sneak through.
