Jalu, there's no need to post three threads with the same question. If nobody has answered, then the logical answer is no, there isn't such a list.
I have most of the LUG books, but not all, and have been tinkering with the idea of compiling such a list. However, I don't have the TOS book, the Vulcan supplement, ot The Price of Freedom. If someone could send me scans or text copies of the Skills lists from those books, I could do a full list.

sorry, but I figured that someone had one cause I remember there being one, but I lost that file when I got this new computer.

Furthermore, to be honest there are very little new skills in here unless one wants them for the Federation Merchant Marines, in which here are the following that stand out:
Command (Merhcant Marine Ship Command)
Law (Merchant Marine Regulations)(Federation Commercial Regualtions)
History (Federation Merchant Marine)
Startship Tactics (Federation MErchant Marine Tactics)
Administration (Merchant Marine Ship Administration)
Diplomacy (Commercial Treaties)
Merchant (Self-sealing stem bolts) (dilithium markets) (ferengi Markets)
And that's about it.

Without Star Trek: The Original Series there would be no other Trek Series or Movies regardless of shows rewriting the Series past.
