Basic Season Concept: Introduction to the Endaaran, Gammittian, and Delvan cultures. Introduces what the main conflict between the Endaarans and Gammittians is all about. Also shows the Delvan culture and there wanting to be in the Federation.
Episode 1: Missing in Action
Introduction to the Gammittians. The U.S.S. Zhukov turned up missing after it was assigned to survey the border worlds of the Gammittian Imperium. After two weeks, Starfleet Command has become worried and requests that DS16 dispatch a Search and Rescue team to investigate. Captain James Hallen has sent the U.S.S. Pinnacle to find out what exactly has happened. The ship was destroyed by a Gammittian Battle Cruiser and all hands were taken as Prisoners of the Gammittian Imperium. Episode 2: Following the Trail
The crew of the Pinnacle has to figure out where the crew has gone. It was expected that all hands were lost in the accident, yet everyone was kept alive, and one was in the escape pod and was not captured by the Gammittians. She landed on a Class-D asteroid near where the Zhukov was destroyed, the large metal composites inside the asteroid blocked the sensor scans. DS 16 picks up a distress signal on the Asteroid and it is a race to get there…
NOTE: I have the races jostling around in my mind, just have not gotten them down on paper yet. I will definitely post those when I have though.
