    Explanation of play process?

    I was wondering just how all of this works. I realize that GM (don't know what it is called in Trek RPG) creates a world and communicates basic parameters to the players about the situation for their characters. Then the players create and submit character ideas for the GM to evaluate. When all is set for the game and for the characters...then what.

    I have played many real life campaigns, so I am not talking about how the flow of playing the RPG. How is it done online? What is the process? How does it begin where do you communicate? Is is done here on a board like this? Is it a yahoo group? Is it through email? Then, how quickly does everyone respond? Is there a time where everyone meets to make greater gains than just trying to hit and miss throughout a day or two?

    Anyway treat the question as a newbie...I am curious.

    All characters have been approved BTW, the math checks out, so unless you got a message from me saying "No' or "Change this, etc" everything is green lit.

    As some of you may have seen my Aunt Carrie is in the hostpital right now.

    As such I have to delay the opening of the game for the foreseeable future, with the gods blessings though she should recover and I will have more time to think.

    The game is NOT cancelled.
