Actually, the first use will likely be military training simulators. The first commercial use will be porn, followed closely by first-person-shooter games derived from the original military simulators.

In "Hollow Pursuits" Geordi remarks to Reg that whatever he may do in the holodeck is his own business, as long as it doens´t interfere with his work -- and promptly admits he has had his share of Holofun

So yes, I think holoporn is quite common even in Starfleet.
