This may sound like a total trekkie question...
but has anyone from the cast of star trek (of any series spinoffs) posed nude before?
I did see a photo of Nichelle Nicholos on Ebay nude but i wasn't sure if it was fake of not (IT WAS BY ACCIDENT,OK????)

Two of the many rumors dealing with nude photos of stars of Star Trek in general are:
Denise Crosby (This one is greatly substantiated, but I have never seen the Playboy issue involved)
and the woman who played Yoeman Janice Rand (very unsubstantiated)

The Cosby story is true it was mentioned in several trek books the TNG companion for example I know did, and I saw the issue once as well.

Denise Crosby did a Playboy layout well before her stint on TNG, Nichelle Nichols did a nude layout in the early 1970's, Terry Farrell did some seminude (i.e. sheer and mesh bodystockings) before DS9. I have never seen any verification that Grace Lee Whitney did any nude photos. Jolene Blalock has done nude layouts for Maxim Magazine.
On film, William Shatner did a nude scene with Angie Dickinson in Big Bad Mama. Marina Sirtis did nude and/or topless scenes in The Wicked Lady (these scenes have been cut from currently available prints), Death Wish III and Blind Date (not the Bruce Willis one).
Marina Sirtis, Majel Barrett, Patrick Stewart and John deLancie all appeared nude in TNG - their scenes were actually shot with them naked. TTBOMK, Scott Bakula's shower scene was also shot in the nude.
Many Trek guest stars have done some nude modelling, but one - Angelique Pettyjohn (Shanna in Gamesters of Triskelion) - did hardcore porn in the 1970's.

Oh, BTW, I forgot that Kate Mulgrew has done at least one nude scene in a movie, and Patrick Stewart appeared nude in the movie Safe House.
If anyone has not seen Safe House, run right out and rent it. Stewart plays an Alzheimer's patient who believes that he is a retired DIA (Defense Intelligence Agency) officer. A very intense thriller with a twist ending...

After reading Owen's posts I don't feel like such a freak for knowing as much as I do about ST actresses nude scenes.
Denise Crosby had a nude scene in Red Shoe Diaries,Chase Masterson had a nude scene in a movie I don't remember the name of (sorry,the pictures are on the web),Susan Gibney (Leah Brahms) had a nude scene,and Ashley Judd as well(kind of cool she got her start on TNG) has had several.This is an addition to the aforementioned scenes and pictorals.
As a matter of fact there is a website dedicated exclusively to the nude actresses of Star Trek.It's a pay site so I haven't perused it.And I get to be King Geek for a day for being the first one to mention it.

Yeah, Sertis was nude (well, topless) in a truly terrible film(thank all the powers I have forgotten the title) -- essentially she is the Evil Woman who is forced into a whip fight (???) with the Good Woman and, during the fight, somehow the Good Woman's whip removes Sertis' blouse...
Like I said, pointless movie...
Oh, and all the stills are grainy (low quality straight-to-video kinda film)

Yes, Catrall DID pose nude, as Valeris (pointed ears and everything), on the bridge set of Star Trek VI. However, Leonard Nimoy found out about it, confiscated, and destroyed the photographer's film.
It's not that Nimoy has anything against naked women (Check out his photography book Shekhina or go to http://www.leonardnimoyphotography.com/ ), he just didn't want Star Trek's reputation tarnished with a direct, overt, sexualization of one of its characters.

I don't know if it's true..but i think Grace Lee Whitney was dancer though i'm not sure if she was a bar dancer or one of those artsy fartsy ballet dancers.
By the way, what issue did Denise Crosby pose for?
