FJD Constitution Class

I was looking over SRM v4, and while looking can across the 3 versions of the Constition Class. Where would the Franz Josef Designs version fit into the timeline?

Oh and while I'm thinking about it... How do you determine how big a spread is available for torpedos at what point of the timeline?

1. Generally they wouldn't at all, except to the extent they match whatever I've already got. I included FJD data only to the extent I can reasonably grant it canonical status (i.e., because it appeared on-screen); otherwise I ignore it.
