What's the difference between an IF (indirect Fire) Torpedo and a DF (direct fire) Torpedo?
What is the reasoning behind using OV and then using a sliding scale for penetration instead of say a chart where OV is the damage rating and/or a separate chart for range?
I guess I'm dense, but the weapons system doesn't make sense too me.
