ICON materials transfer

So if all things related to Spacedock are being transferred to Owen's site, and TREKRPG will support CODA, is there going to be a forum/message like this one on Owen's site for the Spacedoc materials/conjectures, etc.?

I see the rationale behind the move. I'd just hate to lose this resource.

Also, would SPACEDOCK-to-CODA conversions be better suited to reside at Owen's site, or would Don still welcome/allow these on the CODA forums?

My two cents, just like Don always took FASA to ICON conversions for the main content site I am sure he will due like wise for ICON/Spacedock/FASA/STSSCS to CODA conversions as long as they are Star Trek designs.

The question that now stand is what is the status of the Forums here. With the hint that TrekRPG might gain some official/unoffical sanction from TPTB that leaves alot of question paramount to these is what will be the fate of the Spacedock and General RPG forums. I know if I was supporting a web site and a person could come to gain info to convert my game system to another game system I would be leery of alowing that to continue even if taht game is a dead game system.

Fear not! Don has stated that the General Trek RPG and SpaceDock! Forums will remain here on TrekRPG.Net.

I see no reason that SpaceDock! to CODA conversions would not be welcome on the new CODA incarnation of the Boards. After all, conversions from other gaming systems to ICON were always welcome...

Yes I am now confident the forums wil remain the same as well. I am begining to see that forums might eventually grow into a sort of hub around which sites built to host material for one particular system tie into. I am sure Owen will have a link back to the Forums here, the SPACEDOCK players should get off there duffs and host a site themselves, especially since SPACEDOCK in many ways is its own game, which again ties back to the forums.
