    Hey Ineti

Maybe it's just me, but lately your threads and posts are taking at least three times longer to come up than everyone else's. I've also noticed that your animated transporting smiley isn't working. Maybe the system is delaying the upload while it's searching for a smiley that's shuffled off this mortal coil. "No, it's just pining for the fjords."

Anyway, I just thought you might want to know.

PS: Is anyone else having the same problem? I know it couldn't possibly have anything to do with the fact that I'm still surfing the net on a WebTV that was cutting edge technology only half a decade ago.

I hadn't noticed, Sarge. I have a boring old dial-up at home, and a T1 connection at work, so I imagine I would have noticed any slowdown.

And I didn't know about the issue with my sig since I turned off my ability to view sigs. I've removed the graphic from my sig, now.

    Hope that helps...

  3. When did HT upgrade to T1?! With that office, dang even if the whole street pitched in, you'd still be cruising better than with Corporate DSL.

All that bandwidth @ work and not allowed to use it --- gots to love me those .gov firewalls .

No problem with your posts, man, but your smiley doesn't appear anymore on my end.

I removed it from my sig. Time for me to find a new one.

Found it on another site. Didn't see anything else really appealing. There were some amusing violent ones, but didn't really feel they were appropriate.

The one I have is nice and goofy, with sort of a Trek-y feel to it. I dig it.

    ALL SYSTEMS NOMINAL

No more thumb-twiddling while your posts load, and the smiley is "voom"ing back and forth like someone shot a million volts through it.
