My first thought would be that it looks nice...if it were a modern U.S. Navy vessel. In the NG (p. 137), the text says that Starfleet vessels have about (more-or-less) 40% officers (your Miranda breakdown has under 25%). Remember that officers are the technical specialists in the Star Trek universe, unlike the modern military.

So, I think you need 80-90 officers in a Starfleet crew of 220.

Ok, i never saw that. I've modified the numbers to reflect 38% officers.

Very nice. I think I'll save this for future use.

It would have been very useful in my campaign, but my players have just switched their flagship from the Miranda-class USS Boudicea to a captured Jem'hadar battlecruiser.
