According to most sources I've seen Voyager masses 750,000 tons while the Big E weighes in at a hefty 3.2 million tons. So that's really closer to four times bigger. Enterprise is almost exactly twice Voyager's length however. I'd say even coming close to matching the maneuvers of a Intrepid-class ic pretty good!
