Are you sure the deadline has been set yet? I mean there's still some Windows NT 4.0 support till later this year.

Formal (Microsoft) support for NT 4.0 disappears at the end of this month, IIRC.
Since 2K is more recent, I would expect it's support to continue for at least another year, possibly two.

I don't think a deadline has been set so far for Windows 2000 support. Windows NT and 95 have been supported for much more time than since W2K was released.
