The longest-running and best-received campaign which I myself narrated was set in the Movie Era, but I have also run TOS- and TNG-era campaigns as well. The longest-running campaign in which I have played is set in the Enterprise era. I also have played in TOS-, Movie, and TNG-era campaigns.
