Ok, I did it. I have both of them done and here they are:

First is the Starship/Starbase Advanced Construction Rules

This is 2 pages. There is no way to put this on 1 page.

I like 'em. They are to the point. I wouldn't worry about the "Advanced Rules" fitting on 2 pages. People like 2+ pages, allows them to get thier money's worth out of thier printers.

I have been trying to fit it all on 1 page for a bit and it did not work for the Advanced Rules. I wanted to warn people this is 2 pages as must of the other Reference Sheets I have designed have been 1 page with the exception of the Alien Index.

I am making two more charts: these are both Alert Status page 7 and Starfleet Ship Contact Protocals/Starfleet Tactical Doctrine/Away Team Guildlines page 8 Charts in Starfleet Operations Manual. These are excellent handouts for your players so they know some of Starfleet's procedures and so the Narrator has these infront of him as well.

Yea, just acquired a LaserJet and have not been able to print anything in almost two weeks. Rank out of stuff after the Cardassian Sourcebook.

Good rules though.
