Need some help with creation of the Angiosians
Can you guys help me by saying what you think of my Angosian Discription. Any comment is welcome.
Angosians:
Personality: Angosians tend to be very formal and correct, adhereing rigidly to the rules of their society. Some people may consider them to be a little "stuffy". After decades of war, Angosians are reluctant to resort to violence.
Physical Description: Angosians are outwardly indistinguishable from Humans and show the same racial variations.
Homeworld: Angosia III
Culture: Emerging from a devastating period of war, the Angosian people have focussed on rebuidling their culture into a scientific utopia that values academic excellence above all else. This is a democratic society, governed by an elected body under an elected Prime Minister. Major decisions affecting the entirety of Angosian society are put to a referendum, allowing the Angosian people to have their say.
Languages: Angosian, Federation Standard
Common Names: Roga,Nayrok,Zayner,Wagnor
Favoured Profession: Angosia was denied Federation membership due to their poor handling of the reintegration of bio-engineered war veterans into their society, so no Angosian currently serves in Starfleet. Angosians who did not serve in the military would tend towards being Scientists.
Species Adjustments: Angoisians receive a rigours education to prepare them for their scientific duties, so they get a +2 Intellect, but because of their "stuffy" attitude they get a -1 Presence.
Species Abilities:
Bonus Edge: Skill Focus (Scientific Study): Choose one Academic skill at character creation. All tests with that skill gain a +2 bonus.
Super Soldier Modifications: During the Tharsian War the Angoisians created Super Soldiers to help win the war. These soldiers went throw a series of Bio-chemical modifications and psychological manipulations, to increase there chances for survival. When the character takes the Soldier profession he gains the following extra abilities and flaws:
-Combat Programming: When a danger is perceived the program klicks in and takes over, Memory, Strength, Intelligence, Reflexes all become enhanced. He is conditioned to survive at any cost. In game terms this means that, when a danger is perceived the character gains: the Eidetic Memory edge, +2 Strength, +2 Intelligence, +2 Quickness, the Bloodlust flaw LI, and the Wrong Interpretation flaw. Wrong Interpretation Flaw: Some times a heavy discussion(or other similar situations = NG discretion) can be perceived as a danger, and the character feels treated, so as a result he starts fighting. When such a heavy discussion comes up the character must make a Savvy reaction test TN 15 or start fighting. This leaded to the conclusion that these super soldiers could not be reintegrated into Angosian society after the war. These flaws can not be removed by spending advancement picks.
-Suppressed Bio-Electric Emissions: TN 24 to detect you by scans.
Scientific Pursuit: Character who do not join the Super Soldier program train even further in their scientific pursuits. They gain the Scientists Area Of Expertise and Focus Professional Abilities for free.
