    Catwomen in Trek

No, I'm not talking about M'Ress, or the funky three-breasted cat-chick in Trek V. I'm talking about Selina Kyle, Batman's nemesis/heartthrob. How many actresses who played Catwoman on TV or in the movies (live action, not animated) have had roles in Star Trek, and who did they play? I know, do you?

Julie Newmar played Eleen in "Friday's Child."

Lee Meriweather played Losira in "That which Survives."

To my knowledege Eartha(?) Kit hasn't played any trek character. The only other Batman vets (as far as I know) was Frank Gorshin aka The Riddler and Roger C. Carmel as Col. Gumm.

    What do I win?

Since you specified live-action Batman, the only two would be (as Phantom pointed out) Julie Newmar (Eleen in "Friday's Child") and Leed Meriwether (Losira in "That Which Survives"). But if you want to throw in the Batman animated series, Adrienne Barbeau played Senator Creetak in "Inter Arma Enim Silent Leges".

Ok now I've seen it all.

Lets have a TREK TRIVIA competition.

Who can come up with the most obscure piece of trek trivia.

And no cheating by reaching for your copy of the Star Trek Encyclopedia (sp)
We have all your working biros and we're not afraid to use them.

Leave a box of used postit notes and a box of paperclips inside the filling cabinet and things won't get nasty.

Yer both showin' yer age, guys. Next questions:

What Trek star was famous for his portrayal of Jesus Christ?

What Trek star was the lead singer for Duke Ellington?

What Trek star was a Zombie of the Stratosphere?

What Trek star had a recurring role on CHiPs?

(Stars for the purposes of these questions are series regulars - Grace Lee Whitney and Diana Muldaur count. Colm Meany would for DS9, but not for TNG)

Ooh, ooh, Mr. Kot-ter! The answer to number one (1) is Jeffrey Hunter, who played J.C. a couple of years before he got recruited as Chris Pike for "The Cage".

That's all I know as far as serious information goes. As far as the other questions:

Duke Ellington? I'd lay my money on good ol' Bill Shatner, whose musical career was assured after his Grammy-award winning album hit the streets.

Zombie of the Stratosphere? DeForest Kelley; for once, he wanted other people to say, "He's dead, (fill in name here)!"

Recurring CHiPs role? Uh, well...Nichelle Nichols. Just 'cuz.

    Cool FOUND ONE...

Leonard Nimoy was in "Zombie of the Stratosphere" (Thank IMDB).
...and that's about the time it hit the fan...

    Truisms I know:
    1) Marvel is NOT better than DC (nor should EVERYTHING be ‘ULTIMITED’),
    2) D20 is NOT the best gaming system out there (nor should EVERYTHING be ‘crammed’ into it),
    3) And No matter how ‘THEY’ dress it up, Regardless of how ‘THEY’ title it, and even if ‘THEY’ say “BASED ON…”; “ENTERPRISE” IS NOT STAR TREK!!!
    4) 'Reality' T.V. ain't 'Real'

    Here's my contribution:

How many characters did Ted Cassidy play?

    How about Vic Perrin?

    How about Bart LaRue?

(Note: Voices count. You *could* use a well know database to answer this question, but that'd be cheating... )

Hmm. As best I recalls, Ted Cassidy played a) The voice of Balock from "The Corbomite Maneuver" and b) Ruk in "What Are Little Girls Made Of?"

Vic Perrin was a) The leader of the Halkan Council in "Mirror, Mirror" and b) The voice of Nomad in "The Changeling".
