Holy crap those are gorgeous!
I have a set of miniatures from Last Unicorn Games I got at The Complete Strategist not too long ago. Useless. It's supposed to be an away team "featuring Worf!". It was Worf all right, but the rest of the figures...
Four female figures which are just two characters in diffrent sculpts. Then there's an Andorian and another alien, neither of which can really be passed off for human.
I don't remember the last time I ran a game with alot of female characters and mostly aliens. Indeed I am not pleased, but they'll do for now.
Those who fight and run away...
Would have never gotten away with that under 2nd Edition rules
While I feel for you, cause that fig lot did indeed suck verily, this thread is about those wicked cool starship figs.
I think they are the closest we are ever gonna get to starship minis
No way, I've seen Star Trek ship miniatures before. They were made for the old Star Fleet Battles game. Hard to find, but so far I've seen a Romulan Bird of Prey, a Klingon Cruiser, a Gorn ship, and others. They're all from TOS, but still worth it if you can find them.
Still, if I end up buying them (which I plan to do) I might not take them out of their little case. I'm that much of a collector / geek.
