Okay. We got Starfleet Operations. We got Peacekeepers. We got Merchants & Rogues. Does that mean we get Scientists and Mystics? In the same book? Do they go together as well as Soldiers and Diplomats? I would be interested in the Mystics part.

Scientists and Mystics together, call it 'Seekers After Truth'.

"Though a cloaking device, pulsed phaser cannons
and a full load of quantum torpedoes would be quite nice too."

    Yep.

    Yep.

Considering in both cases, the two professions encompass the opposite ends of their particular spectrum (Soldiers/violence vas. Diplomats/negotiation and Mystics/faith and metaphysics vs. Scientists/scientific observation and theory), I'd say they're a good match...

Jess says I can come clean now...

I wrote chapter one of the DS9 book. In fact, I just sent in my draft a few days ago, so I have yet to hear if my work was any good.

This is my first freelancing gig, but I'm fairly pleased with how it turned out. Since this is my first time doing this, I'm still unfamiliar with how much I can give away, so I'll just stop there. Got to leave some beans to spill over the next few months, anyway.

This is going to be a GOOD book, people.

Allow me to welcome you on board, Mr. Watson. Congrats on your recent work as well; hope your stay here is at least as enjoyable as its been for the lot of us.

Also, nice to hear from someone else in the immediate geographic vicinity (a mere forty-five minute drive away!) Oh Canada...

Thanks. (: There are actually a fair number of freelancers in the industry in our vicinity. More than I would have expected, anyhow.
