    Unhappy Missing Forms

    Hi!

I have just downloaded the Spacedock file, and was loking through. It is absolutely brilliant, but it said that some forms were included at the end for Master Systems Display, Medical Overlay etc. but they weren't there.

Please can you tell me where to find them?

    Andrew

    p.s. great book!

They don't exist. We never got around to making them. I'm sure someone has a functional equivalent to share.

To offer some more information -- I did make the forms. But I made them using Microsoft Publisher. They've never been converted to/recreated in any sort of more readily distributable format.

Could you simply run off a hard copy then make a simple scan of them and then send them on as simple JPG?

No, because I don't have a scanner, and I'm not interested in paying someone to scan them for me.

Couldn't you just post them as Publisher files? Most people have got Microsft Office (including me!) and could use them.

    Please?

    Cool

How about we stick 'em version 2, Steve?

I've got Publisher and Acrobat, and have offered to convert the files for Steve. Once I get home this evening and fix one minor font issue on the one sample I've received, I'll send him the resulting PDF for his approval, and then I'll finish the job. I don't expect this to be a big issue, to be honest. All we ask is a tiny bit more patience.

Just to keep folks up-to-date: The tweaking of these forms has begun, and continues apace. I hope to have them done shortly for Steve's approval.

Well, that's up to Don; I'm not sure how much space he has for such things. I'd certainly be glad to send them to him.

So far, things are going quite well, I'd say. Hopefully that will continue.
