    [Icon] Arming starbases

Here's a question I've been tossing around in my head. Could you install a plantary sized emplaced phaser emitter (i.e. X-XVIII) from Steve Long's "The Dominion War Sourcebook: The Fires of Armageddon" (page 84) on a large orbital starbase.

Why, I'm trying to build is Deep Space 7, the Anti-Borg starbase in the Typhon sector...
    Phoenix...

On a large enough Starbase I don't see why not as they have mentioned that I believe it was Type XI and XII's that had only been seen previously on Starbases before the Sovereign.

The Mars-Defense-Perimeter-Stations around Earth have six Type XV Phasers on them and the stations are only 60m in Diameter.

So it should be no problem to install any large phaser on a station big enough.

Only the power consumption can be limitating soon as such big phasers tend to need alot of energy.

Thats no small moon, that's a Battlestation!

Seriously though Type XVIII on a SB? It would have to be on the order of Space Dock or bigger!
