    Rigellians

    Now, the Rigel system not entirely Federation correct? Some of the planets are Federation colonies but Rigel VII (Orion) maintains its neutrality. What about Rigel V? The native Rigellians are supposedly Near-Vulcans. Is Rigel V a Federation world?
    Millions of Rigellians live on the Federation worlds in the Rigel system. Are they citizens?
    Since these Rigellians are supposedly as Vulcan as Romulans, how do the Vulcans treat them?
    I was considering my own overlay for them, but I'm wondering if anyone else has one?
    Are Rigellians in Starfleet?
