    Kids stuff

What are you into that is commonly considered kids stuff? What kids toys are you into? If other people mention stuff I'm into, I may just admit to it myself! I know there are people here who like Transformers, and I recently bought the Armada Optimus Prime. I kicked myself for not getting the one from a wile back that was more like the original (Generation 2?) I hear there are reproductions or something of the originals at Toys R Us, maybe I'll wind up there some time.

I like Legos. I bought all the main Star Wars Lego Starfighters. I bought the mini sets. I hope there will be a mini Millenium Falcon. If I could still find the big Falcon I'd get it. I haven't really tried making variations on Star Wars ships using Legos. My blocks aren't very organized, so it might be hard to find all the pieces to make the old things again. I wish Lego could do Trek.

One of the easier types of toys to admit to are the Micro Machines. I wish they were still doing Trek. I want Norway class and ships from Enterprise. Such as the Vulcan ones.

Not sure if I should even be answering in here, but...TRAINS.

I have a very large setup of trains. Currently I am working on putting it onto a board, and rewiring everything once again. I am very proud of my trains. I do all the wiring, layout, and stuff myself.

I am also going to be playing Warhammer 40,000 this summer.

Samurai Jack, Justice League and X-Men Evolution

    Love those cartoons

As for toys, well I like them, but I stopped buying them years and years ago.

Even stopped collecting Star Trek Micro Machines.

I should sell my lot off some day

Legos baby! Yes, there will be a mini Falcon, this summer or fall in fact.

And yeah, Trek Lego would kick butt. Just imagine the fleet battles you could do.

this one is considered a double wamy, 12 inch Action figures

"So Eric how many DOLLS did you buy this weekend"

yep nothing like the image of a guy in his early 30's sitting around on a Saturday afternoon dressing his figures in new cloths/uniforms.

I collect mainly World War II 12 inch stuff (Hasbro (G.I. Joe)Dragon, 21st Century, Soldiers of the World and a few other really off brands), right now I have my Brits out on display (Para, 1940 Bren gunner, 8th Army riflemen, 8th Gurka Riflemen, early war army Commando). Also collect Star Wars Action figures (3 3/4th inch) and Comics.

Oh, geez, there are so many things, I don't know where to start!

I recently got back into collecting comic books, with the launch of the Dreamworks version of the Transformers comics (G1 and the short run of The War Within). Additionally, I collect Ultimate Spiderman, Ultimate X-Men and The Ultimates (the Avengers of the Ultimate Universe) as well as the Star Wars: Republic line of comics (though I generally do trade paper backs, to make collecting a little easier, IMO).

I don't really do the whole 'toy' thing anymore, but that's primarily because I still have all the toys of my youth, like my Star Wars, Transformers (which don't transform nearly as well as they used to), GI Joe and other assorted goodies.

I also enjoy cartoons, and try to catch Justice League and X-Men: Evolution whenever possible (Cartoon Network keeps changing schedules around), and I'm looking forward to the launch of Teen Titans and the Star Wars: Clone Wars cartoons this fall.

I've also recently stumbled upon the Hero Clix game from Wiz Kids, as my FLGS has a weekly Hero Clix tournament on Saturday. I've only played a couple of games, but it seems fun, so I'll probably start collecting those as well.

It's a hard, hard thing to let the joys of youth slip away...like Spiderman on a wall, I'm clinging to the past.

LEGO! Though, not as bad as this guy. I also do model kits of warships, fighter-jets, and armored vehicles. I also do miniatures wargaming.

With that being said, let me just say that I'm very very lucky to have married a woman who a) shares my love for Legos, and b) games.

Comic Books. Around $50-70 worth a month, right now. Particular favorites include Spider-Girl, Exiles, Lucifer, Fables, Punisher. Also Elseworlds and What-If? type comics.

Transformers. Specifically, Optimus Prime. I'm collecting all the variations of Optimus Prime/Primal ever. I currently have 14. I have other, older Transformers, some of which I'm planning to sell on Ebay, as the G1 series is rather expensive and I could always use the money.

Yes, Cochrane, they are selling a few reissues at Toys R Us. In the US, at least, the reissue G1 Optimus Prime is already sold out and unfindable for less than $50.00

    Check www.transformers.com for new releases.

I also have the DVD's of "The Muppet Show." Just love the Alice Cooper episode.
