Breen and Delphic Expanse connection?

I was reading on a message board (trekweb) and some one pointed out that the delphic expanse is somewhere near or in Breen territory. Is that correct? if so do think there might be a Breen connection with the Xindi?

(I remember Brannon Braga saying that this arc will make fans writhle in "ectasy" or something... perhaps it might have something to do with the Breen.. i don't know )

I posted on this subject here too. I speculated that the Delphic Expanse was in the Delphinus constellation, which is in the direction of the Breen according to Mandel's book. However, it looks like the Expanse is far beyond Breen territory. I don't intend to watch Enterprise any more, but I guess I can keep in touch with it somewhat on the Boards.
