    Savvy vs. the Social Skills

Is it just me, or is the Savvy Reaction somewhat underpowered when compared to the various "agressive" social skills (like Influence and Persuade)? Any competent negotiator or social specialist (with a mere 4 levels in one of these skills) can convince almost anyone (inluding others of his kind) with little difficulty, as most characters (PCs and NPCs alike) don't load their Savvy Reaction. Have others also noticed this by any chance?

The only way I can see to correct this imbalance is to allow players to advance their Savvy Reactions as skills (with the favoured aspect counting as professional advancement). What do you think?

The social test modifiers can be seen as "bonus" to the Savyy test.

    EDIT : anyhow, as a Narrator, I'm always "cheating". Don't you ?
