Men of Dol Amroth

Has anyone put together a Sub-Race package for the men of Dol Amroth who claim to have distant elf blood in them?

I may be wrong here, but isn't it only the Royal Family of Dol Amroth that has the Elven Blood? And I think it mentions something about making these types of characters in the LotRs Corebook, not sure where though.

Could be. Since the exact of who gets what is somewhat vague I have decided the nobility of could be of that type.

If Prince Imrahil does not qualify for the Core Book's "elven blooded" sidebar, I don't know who would. I would just use that for the Princes and other high family members. I would not give the "common man" any added benefits.

Looks good; I personally would change it to a choice between Persuade and Ride I think. Just personal opinion, it really could be either way.
