    Enterprise: Season III

So far, I've liked the new episodes. I also like the Xindi 5-species concept (although I find the Aquatic Xindi to be a bit much), and I find I like the "chaotic region of space" subplot, even if they don't have a 'realistic' explanation for it.
The Trip/T'pol thing seems a bit forced: Were they afraid of an Archer/T'pol relationship?

I Don't think the infected crewin "Extinction" recovered "too quickly", at least not by recent trek standards. The same thing happened to Most of the crew of the Enterprise and Geordi, and they seemed to be fine even quicker!

I'm actually bothered by what I see in the up coming episodes:
Next week, the obligitory: Alien slave girl episode! Now with girl on girl action!
Week after that: 28 Solar Units later! (If that episode starts with Malcolm naked and alone in Sickbay, I'm turning in my phaser and Comm badge!)

    I like it so far.

And I want the alien slave girl ep. (When did Star Trek fans get so parochial? Oh! Not sex!)

A brave little theory, and actually quite coherent for a system of five or seven dimensions -- if only we lived in one.

Well as a heterosexual male, a naked man would not excite me, but Patrick Stewart probably look fit for his age during the TNG run. After all, he did bare his chest in one episode on Risa.

As for Whoopi, I'd rather have someone carve my eyes out with a plastic spork before I see her nekkid.

I have to admit - I am liking what I am seeing with Enterprise Season III.

I am being very cautious with my praise, as we are so early in the season, but its been very interesting.

Am pretty interested in seeing how the whole Xindi thing plays out, as well as what it has to do with the mysterious sphere thingy.
I love deadlines - I love the whooshing noise they make as they go by

No, it's not the sex that bothers me, it's the obligitory 'slave girl episode' And there better be an Orion in the background, or one mentioned, or one seen or I'm gonna be mad.

even if they don't, it shouldn't matter. They have mentioned orion slave women in previous episodes (Bounty and the episode where Trip and Archer are on a prison ship)
