Well, just from glancing at the names, and not having actually read the entries for each, my guess is that this is the material that ICE came up with for the Nazgul (at least, that's where I remember the names coming from). If I remember correctly, only Khamul is named in Tolkien's primary writings, though some of the others might have been named in secondary sources. Still, I believe that most of the information generated concerning the Nazgul comes from ICE.

No names are named in LOTR, so I do not know what the Tolkien source is, however these Nazgul all appear with these names in "Lords of Middle-Earth" forgot which vol, but I think its two. This was a MERP supplement by ICE, indeed.
